Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped from Wellness District Medical Weight Loss & Aesthetics in West Fargo, North Dakota.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $200 or more. Orders under $200 are subject to the shipping rate displayed at checkout.

From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping with a lower order minimum or other special shipping offers. Any promotional shipping terms displayed on our website or at checkout will apply for the duration of that promotion.

Order Processing

We aim to process and ship in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or other circumstances, processing may take longer.

Out-of-Stock and Backordered Items

Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.

Orders containing out-of-stock items typically ship within two weeks or less. If an extended delay is expected, we will contact you with additional information.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at Wellness District Medical Weight Loss & Aesthetics in West Fargo, North Dakota. If local pickup is available for your order, the option will be displayed at checkout.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or you believe an item is missing, contact us as soon as possible at ryan@fargowellnessdistrict.com so we can review the issue and work to make it right.
